Secretary Merrill reminds voters in House District 74 of deadline to register

On November 12, 2019, Alabama voters in State House District 74 will have the opportunity to elect their next representative to the Alabama House of Representatives.

The deadline to register to vote in person is 5:00 PM today, October 28, 2019. The deadline to register to vote online is 11:59 PM today, October 28, 2019.

To register online or check your polling place, please visit AlabamaVotes.gov.

Additionally, the deadline to apply for an absentee ballot for the Special General Election for State House District 74 is Thursday, November 7, 2019. If mailed, absentee ballots must be postmarked by November 9, 2019. Absentee ballots may be turned in by hand no later than the close of business on November 8, 2019.
