The appointments are effective immediately.
The Alabama Governor’s Office has released a new round of state appointments.
- Lamar Whitaker to the Workforce Council
- Richard Chancey as District Attorney of the 26th Judicial Circuit
- Dr. Charles Hart to the Veterinary Medical Examiners
- Emily Wrenning to the Lamar County Board of Registrars
- Lee Alley to Elevator Safety Review
- Michelle Gilmore to the Indian Affairs Commission
- Charles Edwards and Charles Robinson to the Plumbers and Gas Fitters board
- Vicki Hill and Dr. Kristi Acker to the Nursing Board
- Dr. Kimberly Ackerson to the Psychology Board of Examiners
- Stacy Giles to the Pharmacy Board
- William Dobbs, Rev. Dr. Coleman Wallace, Joseph Johnson, and Clarence Haynes to the Board of Trustees for the Alabama Institute of the Deaf and Blind
- Karen Stanley to the Forever Wild Land Trust
- Jonathan Daniel as sheriff of Cleburne County
- Debra Price to the Autauga County Board of Registrars
