“I have asked for all PSC documents related to this advertising. I knew the PSC would devote federal dollars to ‘Call Before You Dig’ advertising, but my office was NEVER informed that these purchases would be made from a company or companies tied to Alabama House Speaker Mike Hubbard. I intend to find out who did know.”
