TUSCALOOSA — U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas will be on hand for the dedication of a federal courthouse today.
Thomas and U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby are among the planned speakers at theceremony, The Tuscaloosa News reported. Thomas hails from Georgia.
