Affordable and accessible child care is crucial to Alabama’s working families and the future of our workforce.

The four-year plan aims to propel Alabama to become a national leader in innovation, workforce development, healthcare and economic growth.

Most students have been able to complete training in about two to three weeks. 

The funding aims to provide job training and educational opportunities to at-risk youth in Birmingham and Bessemer.

The survey aims to identify the occupational characteristics of the most in-demand jobs.
