The group is calling on Gov. Kay Ivey to issue an executive order blocking the mandatory COVID-19 policies of a number of healthcare facilities.

“Getting a vaccine and wearing a mask should be a choice, not a government mandate," said Lt. Governor Will Ainsworth.

Any new vaccine requirements for students or for customers of businesses are banned by this legislation.
