Rep. Napoleon Bracy

Bracy is now the second Democrat currently serving in the Alabama Legislature to officially announce their campaign.

The bill originally provided for a 180-day window but the period was shortened to 90 days by amendment.

An investigation is now underway into the potential misuse of funds.
