The 90-year-old structure and campus administration building will now be known as Angle Hall.

The rededication marked a chance for the university to cement his legacy with a building on campus.

Workers removed the name of Bibb Graves, a former Alabama governor, from a campus residence hall that also houses the historically Black college’s famed bell tower.
